Craig Marcacci and Magna Fitness Announce Senior Fitness Classes
ST. LOUIS, MO (PRWEB) November 13, 2006 -- Local senior fitness guru, Craig Marcacci teams up with the newly renovated Magna Fitness Center to offer Advanced Senior Fitness Training Classes based on Marcacci's introductory level "Easy Does It!" senior fitness video.
The no-impact full body workout developed for "Easy Does It!" focuses on helping seniors at all levels of physical fitness improve strength, balance, posture, flexibility and cardiovascular health. At this next level of difficulty, the class targets a more active demographic ideally suited for seniors who have already mastered the original "Easy Does It!" program. Including addition reps, more advanced movements and a more comprehensive stretching routine, this fitness level places a stronger emphasis on strength building and cardiovascular health.
Marcacci's Advanced Senior Fitness Training Classes are offered in half hour sessions beginning November 13th, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30AM, recommended for those aged 60 and up. Participants in these classes have an opportunity to feature in Marcacci's next video scheduled for release in January, 2007.
